When we did, it employed intraday scalping based strategies in the Forex market. At times, manual intervention was employed to limit downside and increase returns. You could bet that most days would see short term trades. These systems aim to be flat to the market every day although sometimes trades will extend over 24 hours, but are almost without exception closed within 48 hours.
